    The taste of the bratwurst is very good but the skin is too tough and thick. The Cervelat or Klöpfer is excellent.

    Taste and consistency are great! All natural ingredients. I remember the Olga Bratwurst in Switzerland to be much bigger than that, and this is my only critique.

    We were pleased with these! Nothing is ever quite the same as in your homeland but these were very close. Fab on the grill and would definitely order again.
