Birenweggen is a rich and buttery rolled sweet bread that is filled with a blend of dried pear, fig, plum and raisins, macerated in red wine, Kirsch and Pear William Schapps. The fruits are complimented by chopped walnuts and a secret blend of seven different spices to give this bread a unique taste.
