Cervelat/Knackwursts are cooked sausages made of pork and beef. Everybody likes them as "Wurstsalat" or as a meal between meals with a piece of fresh bread, in a sandwich with Mayonnaise/or Mustard. They taste fabulous from the grill.
Ingredients: pork, beef, water, salt, onions, spices, garlic, sodium phosphate, sodium, erythorbate, sodium nitrite. (No MSG or additives) gluten free

We made Cervelat salad and it was definitely very nice! It comes close to what you can buy in Switzerland but the texture of the sausage is not quite right. Still, though, a good remedy against homesickness!

I love all your products so far have tasted Bratwurst, Cervolat (sp?) and cheeses. They all bring back memories from when I last lived in Switzerland 50 years ago! Thank you for your care you give these products and also your great customer service

I love cervelat and especially wurst-kase salat in Switzerland. It's great to be able to get them here. A little pricey, but when there are no other options....But I have to say, they are very good!

I’ve recently retired after years of traveling to Switzerland - Luzern to be precise.
I missed my Cervelat in bread from the Barnhoff kiosk greatly, but now I’m pleased to have a source a little closer....
They taste great just as I remember them.

A "Cervelat" on the Grill, a nice piece of bread with a crust and some mustard!! Isn't that great!! Like in the old days in Switzerland.
