These are wonderful. Once they are warmed up, you'll have a delightful airy roll with a crisp exterior on which you can add large pieces of salt. Truly delicious and authentic.
These Laugenbrötli are perfect - crispy crust and soft and airy interior. We basted them with water, sprinkled them with course sea salt and baked them for 5 min at 390 F. Delicious on their own, or with cheese, butter and ham etc. Highly recommended!
We are from Switzerland and stay 2 times a year in FL. In our area you will not find such excellent Laugen Roll. Absolutely great. You can use it as a Sandwich with meat, cheese, tomatoes, etc. too. I love it. Thx Swiss Bakery / favorites.
