Product Description

This cheese is made of alpine certified, thermalized cows milk and cream as well as - you guessed it - roasted hemp seeds right at the "Milchmanufaktur" in Einsiedeln, the municipality of the canton of Schwyz.

It is aged for at least 3 months and its consistency is semi-hard with a rich, velvety mouth feel while the hemp seeds give this otherwise smooth cheese an extra crunch.

A perfectly balanced acidity makes this cheese appear almost light. 


This will give your ordinary cheese plate a special note!
