The cheese maker, formerly Steiner's Hohberg, has decided to unite all eight huts and herds under the name "Alp Gantrischli". A new name for the same old faces! Subtle nutty notes with the perfume of fresh cut hay, this Vacherin is as smooth and pleasant as it gets! The flavors increase when smoothly melted which makes it irreplicable for Fondue!
