Tastefully bread, dark flour with an excellent crust. As Swiss Familiy in FL you will never find such a good bread.

Another winning bread from the Swiss Bakery. This is a substantial bread with a crust that really crisps up when you follow the baking instructions. We love using it for fondue, too. The rustic bread is also wonderful. (If you are from Bern, the bread is quite similar to that of the Ängelibeck. Delicious.)
This dark, crunchy-crust twister bread tastes absolutely fantastic. It is hard to stop eating piece after piece... Enjoy it with cheese, cold cuts (ham, salami, prosciutto) and a glass of wine, or with butter and honey or fruit jam and a cup of coffee. Makes any bread-deprived Swiss feel right at home!
We are from Switzerland and stay 2 times a year in FL. In our area you will not find such excellent bread. Absolutely great it feels like home. Especially the darker flour is perfect, I love dark bread. Thx Swiss Bakery / favorites.
