    The apricot flavor comes through strongly and there is a nice tanginess to it.

    The consistency is just right - not too thick and not too runny. It is perfect for spreading. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5, because it sweeter than I prefer. However, several of my friends tasted it, and all of them said it was just right.
