Returns Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (perishables excluded). Contact us for further information.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.

However, as soon as your order leaves our facilities and is picked up by a carrier, we cannot be made responsible for any delays or malfunctions created by UPS or FedEx.  

Our system will calculate an estimated delivery date of your order depending on the nature of the ordered products (there are lead times on some products/items). We always give our best to accommodate accordingly but would like to mention, those dates are estimated, not guaranteed.  

Please note that shipping quotes and pricing are created by our carriers (UPS and FedEx), not us. Unfortunately we, as a small business, can not afford to lose money on shipping costs. Shipping is not a profit center for us. BUT we always try and keep shipping costs as low as possible and, if there is any way to reduce it, will refund any excess in shipping costs that you might have paid too much.
