A cookie-jam-sandwich like no other! The cookies are made of a buttery sweet dough with a thin layer of icing. We make them with two different jam fillings:

The classic raspberry jam filling or (a Swiss favorite) with Apricot jam!

    A friend recommended these as this type of cookie (the ones with the raspberry filling) were his favorite as a kid. I LOVED them. Really, really good. They go great with some coffee/tea, but are just as good by themselves. The only negative I can think of is that each order is just one cookie. I was hoping you'd get more than just 1 for the price.

    First got these with the cookie assortment tin and when we finally ordered for ourselves, we knew we needed some! Both flavors are delicious. Will have to order more next time as my wife keeps stealing mine.
