Adding Cold Shipping Packs will guarantee that your perishables and chocolates arrive up to standards and as fresh as possible.

We cannot guarantee the quality of chocolate that is in-transit for more than 2 days or with no added cold packs when shipping during hot summer months or to hot regions.

We are not able to send out sausages and meats without any Cold Shipping Packs.

I order all the time some cold pack for the cheese and sausages. The most time in FL it‘s hot and this helps that you get the food in perfect condition.

Because it took four days to get delivered the ice pack was already room temperature.

Needed especially in the summer time

It‘s a must in the summer time but you do not now all the time how many do you need. A special insulated box could be better. You can find it at many other delivery company, especially for meet shipping. I think it would not more cost but would be better insulated.
