This spice blend made from exclusively Swiss grown cayenne pepper, oregano, onions, a hint of fennel seeds and coarse sea salt tastes best when freshly ground in the attached mill. This spicy herb blend is best used in dips, pasta salad, chili con carne or a decadent Bolognese.
Good to know: You can adjust the grind sizes of all Swiss Alpine Herbs mills by simply pulling the actual mill.
