Räber Orange Preserves [390g]

I love good orange marmalade, but finding an excellent commercially produced marmalade has escaped me until now. The Raber orange preserves hit the mark on every element. First, it has a strong orange flavor. Then it smells wonderful, has the perfect balance of sweet and bitter (bitter is a must in good marmalade), have the right amount of rind, and spreads easily. Essentially PERFECT!

This is some of the best orange marmalade that I have had. It is tangy with a strong orange flavor, with a nice hint of bitter. There is enough rind to give it body, yet is is easy to spread. And the best thing for me is that this product is not too sweet. This is a real orange marmalade in every way.
