Made from the outer parts of wheat (bran 10% and endosperm 90%), this flour is ideal for baking your own Ruchbread (Zürcher-, Berner- Brot for example), since these types of breads are really hard to find in the US. While in Switzerland they're the most affordable, common and popular ones!

    My wife bakes bread three times a week. Since she uses the Ruchmehl, our bread is even better and the crust the way it should be.
