Swissmar Girouette

Conceived and made in Switzerland, the Girouette consists of an elegant base made of beautiful wood. The central shaft and knife (assembled by hand) are made of stainless steel specially designed for use in the kitchen. With this Girouette you scrape the delicate florets of Tête de Moine cheese as well as delicious chocolate roses.
