I have to say that the customer service just couldn't be better. I ordered three days before a holiday weekend, UPS delivery. Theresa called to ask if USPS would work because she feared the cheese would possibly sit in the UPS warehouse over the long weekend. I said yes. Just wanted to let you know how satisfied I am with your products and shipping. Although not cheaply priced (these kinds of items never are!), the variety is nice and includes products you can use in everyday life (LOVE the Thomy mayo, for example!). Your packing team is the best! Seldom do you see such care taken when putting a shipment together - in bubble wrap! AND, the cardboard box was WELL sealed, no shortage of tape to secure the contents (like I would do if I were sending it!). Kudos to them, and you, all! I will be ordering again. M.R. , DE

Thank you for the prompt service. I received the delicious chocolate yesterday (instead of today) and was so happy. The chocolate arrived in perfect condition and I wanted to dig in right away but was nice and waited for my husband to come home so we could enjoy it together.
