    This Appenzeller Black variety is another world Swiss cheese. We enjoy the rich, deep flavor that the additional aging of the provides. It's great to partner it with the younger Appenzeller variety on your cheese board.

    I like this cheese. Very good taste. Strong and a bit spacy. Order it 2 times a year when we spend the snow bird part in FL. Thx Swissfavorites for the good products and excellent service.

    We stay 2 times a year in FL. This cheese is excellent like other products from SwissFavorites. Thx for the great and excellent Swiss cheese.

    As a Swiss Family spending a longer time in the winter month in FL, we miss our Swiss cheese. But we are happy to found Swissfavorites with a lot of Swiss cheese. Love it to have Swiss cheese from time to time eg. with potatoes or a piece of bred and sausage.

    The cheese melted in our mouth! We paired it with Wurzelbrot and were not disappointed. Took us back to our last time we were in Switzerland!
