Description

A traditional Swiss pork dried salami, Landjäger is a relatively mild treat, seasoned with garlic, assorted spices and wine. Originating in Switzerland as a hunter's sausage due to its portability and stable shelf life (no refrigeration needed), this sausage makes an excellent take along snack for long hikes, fishing, hunting or boating trips. It also makes a great compliment to any charcuterie board!

    As a Swiss I can say : this Landjäger smells exactly like the Landjäger in Switzerland. Super.
