Biberflade was my favorite treat growing up in Switzerland. The Biberflade from the Swiss Bakery (USA) is amazing, simply delicious!
This is an absolutely first rate Biberfladen! Never had better in Switzerland. Plenty of awesome filling and perfect ginger bread around it. Disappears fast at our house. :-)
