    I love the combination of warm spices and marzipan...yum. My father who is from Switzerland remembers eating this when he was a little boy. He was so surprised when I sent him. It was just like he remembered!

    Arrived as if it came straight out of an Appenzeller bakery. Fresh and very tasty.

    Still a bit much too long in the oven. Outside so dark but tasted fine except for the edges.

    Love it! Just like those in Switzerland. So happy to be able to get' es Biberli ' in the states.

    I was so looking forward to the Biberfladen, unfortunately it was so over baked, very dard in color and so dry. We couldn’t eat it even after putting it in the microwave.

    While growing up, Christmas usually meant packages containing chocolate and biber from relatives in Switzerland. So I treated my 64-year old self with a Swiss Favorites biberfladen to get in the spirit. I was not disappointed. The flavor and consistency is spot on. I might suggest a dusting with flour to help keep the plastic wrap from sticking to the surface for those that you ship.
