In Bavaria, it is traditionally prepared by poaching in water and serving with sweet mustard.

    Been getting these sausages since I was a kid, some years back Binkert's quit shipping them. So glad that Swiss favorites picked them up. They are a mild veal sausage very tasty and great on a martins potato bun

    I grew up in MD and we always had these at our family cookouts they are delicious, yet delicately flavored and a must have sausage. So grateful that swissfavorites.com delivers them!

    As a Swiss I do not have a large experience with this Bavarian specialty but I love the ones from Brinkert a lot.
