    Schmeckt genauso wie in der Schweiz. Auch als Wurst-Käse Salat.

    this didn't laste quite like cervelat I've enjoyed in Switzerland. Does recipe include bacon or pork rind? it tastes more like knockwurst I can buy locally here in PA. Please advise before I order for taste test.

    Cervelat are excellent slightly different from the Swiss one
