This oblong cake dough is deep fried and rolled in Cinnamon and Sugar.

Please be aware your order might take longer to process than normal as they are only made on certain days… But you know deliciousness like this is worth the wait!

    Loved the Schenkeli. The only thing I did not like was the amount of sugar coating, so I removed some with a soft pastry brush, place it in the oven at low temperature and when I ate it, it was wonderful. So good to eat in the afternoon with a nice large cup of tea, or Ovo. A very satisfying afternoon snack.

    Yummy, these Schenkels taste like I remember them from Swityerland

    Just a thought, if the Schenkels would be a little smaller, then the crust would be even more crisp and darker
