Alter Fritz is made with fresh Toggenburg milk according to an age-old recipe. Over a period of six months, it is lovingly treated and matured in a special brawn. The result is an exceptional cheese with a unique, savory taste and a hearty, delicate consistency. Alte Fritz was awarded the gold medal at the 2020 World Championship Cheese Contest.
