Great taste - I didn't even know that existed. I used to get a block of chestnut puree from the Migros and added Kirsch, a bit sugar and some butter before extruding it through a Vermicelles press. Basically not needed with this product (I still added a bit more Kirsch;-) Unfortunately, I don't have a Vermicelles press anymore, but an Oxo Cookie Press works almost as well.
