When I moved to the States, some 25 years ago, Kressi Essig is one of the things I missed most. I could never warm up to the vinegars sold here. When I found Swiss Favorites, thanks to my oldest son, I nearly cried. When my Mom passed away in 2021 and we went to Switzerland for a month, I was reminded once again, what all I miss. This IS by far the best vinegar on the planet, I dare say. It is flavorful and not harsh like apple cider vinegar - or - any other vinegar, really. Even my American husband loves it. Much like another reviewer, I used it in my Salad dressing and in cooking as well. It also works straight up for an upset tummy AND, my Mom used to dab it on me for mosquito bites - when I was growing up, of course.
It really is the best vinegar in my opinion.
