Description
This Bavarian style Leberkaese is fully cooked and is made of pork and beef. It makes an excellent lunch or a quick, easy evening meal. Its mild flavor makes it a great choice for serving to children! To heat in slices: Slice 1/2" to 1" thick piece and fry in pan with butter. Serve the pan-fried Leberkaese with a fried egg on top and potato salad on the side. You can also cut the loaf into thick strips to be put on skewers and grilled.

This item can be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting its flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator for 2 days before using; do not thaw at room temperature.
