I really believe they've done a disservice with the plastic bottle on this one. I was one of the backers 4 years ago when CocaCola ran an IndieGoGo campaign to gauge interest in bringing this product to the states. We received cases of Valser in the iconic glass bottles and I loved the taste and carbonation of it. Whatever is in the plastic bottles pales in comparison. Its not bad but the taste profile is definitely different from what I remember getting in the glass.
