I've written this before about the biberfladen. It arrives stuck to the plastic wrapper, which then tears off the top surface. The product is excellent. The packaging is poor. It seems to me a dusting of flour in the bag would alleviate the sticking problem.

I keep buying this because it is SO GOOD. Really high quality.

My grandmother used to bring on home from Switzerland that was over 30 years ago. So this was an amazing treat that brings back memories. It reminded me of the ones we got from Switzerland and just as delicious. Only negative is the high shipping charge.

I tried it for the first time. It is very good.

I love the combination of warm spices and marzipan...yum. My father who is from Switzerland remembers eating this when he was a little boy. He was so surprised when I sent him. It was just like he remembered!
