Still a bit much too long in the oven. Outside so dark but tasted fine except for the edges.

Love it! Just like those in Switzerland. So happy to be able to get' es Biberli ' in the states.

I was so looking forward to the Biberfladen, unfortunately it was so over baked, very dard in color and so dry. We couldn’t eat it even after putting it in the microwave.

While growing up, Christmas usually meant packages containing chocolate and biber from relatives in Switzerland. So I treated my 64-year old self with a Swiss Favorites biberfladen to get in the spirit. I was not disappointed. The flavor and consistency is spot on. I might suggest a dusting with flour to help keep the plastic wrap from sticking to the surface for those that you ship.

This is the first time I have tried this and I will be buying more! Great product and I highly recommend it to those who like gingerbread and almonds.

Pretty much this is a giant biberli. It comes cryovacced so you only have a few days to enjoy it when you open the package. The quality was top notch with the gingerbread on the outside nicely balancing with the almond paste in the center. I will buy these again.

delicious great filling keeps well last time i ordered it it was packaged to soon after baking when i tried to take it out of wrapper the top pulled off
