    Biberfladen has always been one of my favorite treats in Switzerland. The Biberfladen from the Swiss Bakery (USA) is the real thing, as good as any I had growing up in Switzerland.

    A touch of Switzerland here in the US. Their Biberfladen is simply delicious. Thanks to the Swiss Bakery........we will come back. Can you make Basler Leckerli? I miss those also. Ich wunsche euch ein shones Weihnachtsfest und ein gutes Neues Jahr.
