    I was at first somewhat disappointed when I saw the shape of the sausage, as it was not as 'chunky' as the Cervelat you get in Switzerland. Once we grilled them though, the taste was excellent and exactly what I hoped for.

    Schmeckt genauso wie in der Schweiz. Auch als Wurst-Käse Salat.

    this didn't laste quite like cervelat I've enjoyed in Switzerland. Does recipe include bacon or pork rind? it tastes more like knockwurst I can buy locally here in PA. Please advise before I order for taste test.

    Cervelat are excellent slightly different from the Swiss one
