This special bread is not bad but the crust was a bit dark. I order it 2 times a year when we spent the snowbird part in FL.

they are incredible with a Bratwurst or Cervelat from the Grill
As a Swiss guy I like this Bürli. Together with a Cervelat from the grillt what do you want more. We stay 2 times a year in FL and we can not find a similar „bread“ and Knackwurst(Cervelats too! Thx SwissFavorites.
Not an item that does well with shipping, probably. If consumed the same day it would translate better.

I am not ashamed to say I ate the first one straight out of the bag plain with the biggest smile on my face. Tasted so authentic! And the reheating instructions made it too easy for future orders since I was worried about freshness with shipping. No more!
We are from Switzerland and stay 2 times a year in FL. It was not possible to find a good bread/Bürli in our area. Now my wife and I are very happy to find it. It tastes like in Switzerland, Thx Swiss Bakery / favorites. We love it for sandwiches too.
I love these Burli! When reheated at 400°F/convection oven they taste just like fresh once.
Quick heat in the oven and these were fab!
