As with my review if the St. Galler bread, this too is great compared to bread you can buy in the US, but falls a bit short of the ones you can buy in Switzerland. The crust crumbles all over and the inside isn't as moist and 'sticky' as the ones bought in Switzerland. Not sure if this is due to the ingredients, the recipe, or that I ordered it via 2 day shipping. In any case, it was a good buy.
They are real tasty, crispy and so like in Switzerland.
These rolls are wonderful and feature a delectable crust - A+!!
We love the Bürlifrom Swiss Favorite. I think you will never find it in an other store in the USA. Extra big and tasty this time. You can eat it at breakfast or use it for a Sandwich. Especially this delivery. was on a special engagement of SF. The delivery was delayed and the engagemt was amazing and generous. Thx SF we come back end of November.
Like Chicago Hard role but Swiss style. Darker crust, inside white flour too. With this crust you will get a more specific taste. Great to eat with meet, cheese or breakfast. Thx Swiss favorites

This special bread is not bad but the crust was a bit dark. I order it 2 times a year when we spent the snowbird part in FL.
