    Another fine example of Swiss chocolate. The Callier Brand is very good. This is my second chocolate bar from Callier and I found it to be excellent tasting. I was expecting a creamy center instead it was solid chocolate throughout.

    I really liked this chocolate. I was expecting a more "dark chocolate" flavor, but it was still a bit sweet. Not really a complaint, something to look forward to.

    Liked Cailler chocolate during a visit to Switzerland and am partial to Frigor Noir with its velvety center draped in dark chocolate. I couldn't get Frigor and decided to try this as a substitute. Generally for dark chocolate I prefer Belgian to Swiss but the Cailler Cremant has now evened the balance. With the creamy milkiness and sweetness of Swiss chocolate and the strong cocoa flavor like the Belgian now I'm stumped as to which is better. Loving this bar.
