Not only are the ingredients original - so too is the process. It was developed specially for the production of liqueur chocolate by Camille Bloch over 60 years ago. All the variations feature outstanding balance stability and fruitiness. Fine Swiss milk chocolate with liquid Cointreau centre without sugar crust.
