  1. Cervelat Hard to Find 5 Star Review

I love cervelat and especially wurst-kase salat in Switzerland. It's great to be able to get them here. A little pricey, but when there are no other options....But I have to say, they are very good!

  2. Cervelat at last 5 Star Review

Posted by on 21st Aug 2019

I’ve recently retired after years of traveling to Switzerland - Luzern to be precise.
I missed my Cervelat in bread from the Barnhoff kiosk greatly, but now I’m pleased to have a source a little closer....

They taste great just as I remember them.

  7. havent had them in years 5 Star Review

After living in the states for many years, I was so happy to come across this website.
The products are the real deal. I purchased the Cervalat, Bratwurst, Chipolata, and syrup. I think the Chipolatas are still my favorite sausages. Reminds me of many gatherings at my grandparents in Switzerland, and the syrup of my childhood.
I am beyond excited that I found this website. I am even able to pick it up at their house, and the owners of Swissfavorites are lovely.

  8. Almost but not quite the real deal 4 Star Review

Posted by on 9th Apr 2018

Just back from Basel Fasnach so looking for a real klopher in the US was the goal that led me to finding this product. Memories of it hot off the grill in Basel, with that haunting snap of the skin and exquisite taste and texture were only a few weeks old. The skin snap is there - number one, the taste is almost there but the texture was not as dense, seemed more porous and had more "bubbles" left from the tricky emulsifying process. Good, but not yet great. Keep working.

  9. best cervelat in North America 5 Star Review

My Swiss father was looking for this product and the only place we could find it was at SwissFavorites.
So we ordered it and had it sent to Blaine, Washington, where I drove over the border to pick it up. The border guard couldn’t believe the effort I had gone to. But now that I’ve tried them it was worth it. Even my father said so, just like from the old country.

  10. Takes me back to Andeer GR 5 Star Review

This is the fourth time we've ordered Cervala from Swiss Favorites and we love them. A few steamed potatoes with a bit of Swiss Chard and Cervalas are a meal that brings us back home to the Engadine. My husband Georg is from Andeer and Thusis and we try and keep many food traditions alive. No matter how poor you were you always had a few Rappen for Cervala. We love Swiss Favorites. Jason
