Having grown up in Switzerland and eating raclette for over 60+ years. I have always eaten wheels of raclette. I found Swiss Bakery 3 or so years ago and tried their square raclette and found it to be excellent. I prefer the Swiss raclette over the French. Delivery of order is always exceptional.
Previously the cheese was sliced to proper portion to fit in the pan. I would prefer receiving pre-sliced raclette cheese in the future. The quality of the cheese itself is very good.

This is excellent Raclette cheese, creamier than what you can buy on Amazon. I used it this time in the Raclette dishes for the table top heater, which means I had to cut the cheese myself. In a head to head comparison this was better than French Raclette cheese.
