    I usually prefer a soft cheese to a hard cheese. But I decided to try the Green Tilsiter and was pleasantly surprised!! It’s got a great flavor, not too strong and nicely filled my cheese craving. I also like that the Swiss cheeses come from Europe, much nicer in my opinion. An 8oz block does not last long! :))

    Strong and stinky but good

    I liked the flavor of this cheese but it comes out of the package smelling like, well, just put it in a sealed container and plan on washing your hands really well after handling it. If you like strong and stinky cheese, you will love this.

    Wonderful mild cheese

    The green label Tilsiter is nice and mild (except for the stinky rind). It reminds me of the Fontina d'Aosta, another mild cheese with some punch in the rind. A much more interesting mild cheese than most of the Dutch cheeses.
