    As an Appenzeller lover I was looking forward to try this version. I am not the biggest fan of the salt crystals in 'older', more aged cheese but I did use this in a Wurscht und Chaes Salot for supper tonight. Sons said it tasted great! It gave the dish the perfect amount of saltiness. If you have never tried this version of Appenzeller - I recommend you do.
