I love all your products so far have tasted Bratwurst, Cervolat (sp?) and cheeses. They all bring back memories from when I last lived in Switzerland 50 years ago! Thank you for your care you give these products and also your great customer service

I love cervelat and especially wurst-kase salat in Switzerland. It's great to be able to get them here. A little pricey, but when there are no other options....But I have to say, they are very good!

I’ve recently retired after years of traveling to Switzerland - Luzern to be precise. I missed my Cervelat in bread from the Barnhoff kiosk greatly, but now I’m pleased to have a source a little closer.... They taste great just as I remember them. John

A "Cervelat" on the Grill, a nice piece of bread with a crust and some mustard!! Isn't that great!! Like in the old days in Switzerland.

After living in the states for many years, I was so happy to come across this website. The products are the real deal. I purchased the Cervalat, Bratwurst, Chipolata, and syrup. I think the Chipolatas are still my favorite sausages. Reminds me of many gatherings at my grandparents in Switzerland, and the syrup of my childhood. I am beyond excited that I found this website. I am even able to pick it up at their house, and the owners of Swissfavorites are lovely.

Almost but not quite the real deal

Just back from Basel Fasnach so looking for a real klopher in the US was the goal that led me to finding this product. Memories of it hot off the grill in Basel, with that haunting snap of the skin and exquisite taste and texture were only a few weeks old. The skin snap is there - number one, the taste is almost there but the texture was not as dense, seemed more porous and had more "bubbles" left from the tricky emulsifying process. Good, but not yet great. Keep working.
