My Swiss father was looking for this product and the only place we could find it was at SwissFavorites. So we ordered it and had it sent to Blaine, Washington, where I drove over the border to pick it up. The border guard couldn’t believe the effort I had gone to. But now that I’ve tried them it was worth it. Even my father said so, just like from the old country.

This is the fourth time we've ordered Cervala from Swiss Favorites and we love them. A few steamed potatoes with a bit of Swiss Chard and Cervalas are a meal that brings us back home to the Engadine. My husband Georg is from Andeer and Thusis and we try and keep many food traditions alive. No matter how poor you were you always had a few Rappen for Cervala. We love Swiss Favorites. Jason

Great to have a Servelat here in the States but of course not the real thing from Switzerland. Solid made, too small and a little on the salty side. But we like to grill them or eat them as Wurstsalat. A must have for every 1st of August party!

We ordered the bratwürste for a 1st of August party and they were fantastic. It was just as if we had gotten them from the local butcher in Rapperswil.

We ordered the cervelats and bratwürste for a 1st of August party and they were the best! Very traditional. It made all of us expats feel as if we were home.

It was impossible to find true Swiss Cervelat until we found this. Excellent product. We will order this again.

This product takes me back to a park in Basel where I ate my first Klöpfer form a vendor. It is just as delicious as I remember. As long as you keep selling it I will always have some on hand.

Had them on the grill and they tasted perfect. However when I eat one as they come, I notices a little spicy aftertaste which is not the case with the ones back home. The Swiss bratwurst on the other hand was the best I've had in this country and "just like the one you buy at the Migros or Coop in Switzerland.
