Cervelat/Knackwursts are cooked sausages made of pork and beef. Everybody likes them as "Wurstsalat" or as a snack between meals with a piece of fresh bread, in a sandwich with mayonnaise and mustard.     It's almost impossible to find sausages that taste like the 'real' Swiss Cervelats many of us are used to from back 'home'. These are indeed very good ones. A bit smaller than what we are used to from Switzerland but tasting great.

    Finally tried this Cervelats and found them to be excellent. Made a good old Wurst salad and enjoyed it so much that I will shortly do that again!
