The texture wasn’t quite right. Tasted great but consistency was watery. Maybe because they came frozen and there was a bunch of ice inside the sealed package.

The best you can buy on the market. Excellent smooth and the taste amazing just like back in Switzerland ??. Can’t get any product like this in Hawaii expensive to ship but well worth it Thank you your product and service is outstanding the Best thank you a Schweizer reviewer

Taste just like home

Having been raised by a Mom from Gossau/SG and having had an Appenzeller Oma - Olma was a yearly thing. We received them a couple of hours ago, along with Tessinerbrot. We 'threw' the Bratwurst on the grill, used the Tessinerbrot (or some of it) as rolls, cut them part way down the middle, put grain mustard and sauerkraut and cut the Bratwurst in half - so it appeared to be more LOL O.M.G. Everyone loved it, especially me as it completely catapulted me back to an Olma visit. My 2 picky eaters, young adults loved them also and my husband, well, he'll eat anything I say is really good ;) Love the trust. If you know Olma Bratwurst, don't miss out on these - Josef's are the best for sure. The Bratwurst are well seasoned and the flavors will explode in your mouth with every bite. Even if you don't know them, give them a try - so worth it, whichever way you like them - in a bun with or without Sauerkraut or with an onion gravy, fries and veggies..

Good, but the OLMA bratwurst I knew didn’t have all these spices.

So juicy and yummy. Take like home! Perfectly seasoned.
