    I am Swiss and very particular about my Fondue. I usually make my fondue from scratch but was surprised by last minute guests and was really pressed for time. The Mifroma fondue blend I found very easy to prepare and it was delicious . I most definitely will be buying this cheese blend again. One of the problems I have encountered in trying to make fondue from scratch is that nobody wants to grate soft cheeses. It clogs their machines certain cheese stores claim. Mifroma helps me resolve this issue if I cannot grate it myself. Great product!

    What a good deal, that was. We eat it even in the summer months, as it takes me back home to Switzerland. Fast shipping, but quite high.
