Description

Mifroma's original recipe made from natural cheese. Probably the easiest way to prepare authentic Swiss fondue as it is ready to use and pasteurized. Traditionally, fondue was a way of making a hearty meal out of old ends of cheese. Nowadays, thanks to our maîtres fromagers’ work on aging techniques and taste development, fondue is – above all – a delicious taste experience. Easy to prepare and great for sharing, Mifroma fondue is ideal for fun dinner parties with loved ones.  With long shelf life, ready-to-use fondue can be used for fondue or sprinkling on top of other recipes to add a delicious cheesy crunch. Both options boast carefully selected gourmet cheeses in addition to top-quality packaging.

    I am Swiss and very particular about my Fondue. I usually make my fondue from scratch but was surprised by last minute guests and was really pressed for time. The Mifroma fondue blend I found very easy to prepare and it was delicious . I most definitely will be buying this cheese blend again. One of the problems I have encountered in trying to make fondue from scratch is that nobody wants to grate soft cheeses. It clogs their machines certain cheese stores claim. Mifroma helps me resolve this issue if I cannot grate it myself. Great product!

    What a good deal, that was. We eat it even in the summer months, as it takes me back home to Switzerland. Fast shipping, but quite high.
