The Wurzelbrot Dark is a hearty crusty bread made with dark wheat flour. The Swiss Bakerys most popular bread! A nod to the bread’s twisted shape, Wurzel means “root” in German. Pair it with your Fondue- and Raclette dinner but also sliced on your cheese and charcuterie board!
