A hearty crusty bread made with dark wheat flour rolled in seeds and grains (Sunflower, Sesame, Flax, Rye). A nod to the bread’s twisted shape, Wurzel means “root” in German. Pair it with your Fondue- and Raclette dinner but also sliced on your cheese and charcuterie board!

seeds include Flax Seed, Sesame Seed, Sunflower Seed, Rye Flakes, Rye Meal Pumpernickel, Pumpkin Seed, and Oats.

    Such a great bread. It is worthwhile shipping it across the country and enjoying it. I am trying to order it very week or every other week. It tastes so good.
